Red Cadillac is May Business of The Month: Following their tradition of spotlighting local Township businesses, the Committee of the Township of Union named The Red Cadillac their May Business of the Month. Accepting the award were business owner Joe Montes and members of his family. “The Red Cadillac not only has a reputation for providing great food, drink and comfort,” said Mayor Manuel Figueiredo, “but they are valued community partners that are truly invested in seeing our Township thrive.” As part of the spotlight, each chosen business is presented with an award from the Committee and their business is highlighted as a part of their televised Committee Meeting. Joe Montes and his family have a long history in the Union restaurant industry. Starting with Primos Restaurant in 1987 up until their most recent venture - The Red Cadillac.
